At Ageless Herbs Wellness, we take care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other regional carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ageless Herbs Wellness is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ageless Herbs Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@agelessherbswellness.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

International Shipping

We now ship to Canada and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times and rates:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days — $18.99 flat rate
  • International (Rest of World): 10–21 business days — $30.00 flat rate

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Please note: Some herbal products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their order complies with local regulations before purchasing.
