All sales are final.

Because our products are consumable herbal goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@agelessherbswellness.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) received

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the issue.
